Aaron got his start doing print design for a little home town company called Walmart. Hungry for life experience beyond Arkansas, he joined the Marine Corp and then eventually landed in Vegas doing web development for the rich and famous. Tired of the desert, he found Bellingham and its small town charm that reminded him of his hometown... but with more plaid... and more beards. Aaron tackles challenges through a designer's eye, from a developer's desk, and from a UX standpoint, but is happiest when approaching a project from all of those angles at once.
Sahil recently finished a Master's in Computer Science from University of Houston-Clear Lake and is officially out in the real world, gaining developer chops. Back in India, Sahil got his Bachelor's in Information Technology from Dr. BA Technological University and worked at IBM before coming to the US.
Amber is a gamer at heart; she loves exploring the intriguing worlds created for her and interacting with new elements and interfaces. From gaming she has developed a passion for user-centered design. She got started in design by making her artwork digital, which led her into designing for the web. Although a California native, she loves the cool, refreshing air of the Northwest. In the future, Amber hopes to use her design to help foster care and low-income youth, as a way to thank the many people and foundations of WA State that helped her receive her new life and education.
Al has his own personal story of climate change, from the blistering heat of Indonesia when he was very young to the tolerable heat of California in his teens and finally to the absence of heat in Washington state as an adult. His interests have also migrated over his lifetime, from illustration to video games to video production to web development. Fortunately, he has been able to combine them all at Western Washington University into a Design and New Media degree. As a senior, he is looking forward to the benefits of graduation like having more time to watch horror films.

We are interested in having someone join us at our headquarters in Bellingham, WA situated between Seattle and Vancouver, BC. Bellingham is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts, athletes, beards, tattoos, musicians, artists... You can dip in the ocean, paddle board, mountain bike and snowboard on the same day, and drink some great coffee (or microbrew) afterward. We can help the right person relocate. And, best of all no working with Internet Explorer!
